uninstall shrotcuts

hi,
i am using windows without vm.while uninstalling all uninstallation is happening everything deleted.but the shortcuts in programs menu was not deleted.here i am having uninstaller log.the samething is working fine in my machine.but in another system it is giving problem.for that one also i am getting the same logs.

can anybody help me.

No any ideas regarding this?
I have a strange issue which consists in fact that files are simly not deleted at all after uninstall. This happens ONLY if installation is performed into specific folder C:\Gateway (Windows platform).
In case product is installed into other folder - all goes fine with uninstall.
Uninstall log contains few lines with the following content:
containment match in productXMLElement@17b0998 [element_name="product" name="Gateway" id="e603c87c-1ed6-11b2-9592-a26373d671a8" version="1.0.18.1" copyright="2002-2007" info_url="" support_url="" location="C:\Gateway" last_modified="2007-12-24 18:36:26"]


This is name of the product "Gateway" and one of the previous versions 1.0.18.1.
Right now product version is 2.0.0.1 and suddenly this issue appeared.
I checked all registry in Windows trying to find some reference to GUID mentioned in uninstall log but without success.

Any ideas?

Just for information:
issue can appear when product was not uninstalled properly, e.g. simly deleted.
Then there is refernce to this product in:
"C:\Program Files\Zero G Registry\.com.zerog.registry.xml" by default
