unable to uninstall some of the files which are getting cached after installation

hi,
I am preparing the installer for my product and its working fine but when i am uninstalling , i am unable to uninstall some of the files which get cached after installing my product.
It would really be a great pleasure if you could kindly help me regarding this as i have deadlines to meet.

You can always force "uninstalling" of files created post-install by setting the "Recursively delete all contents of this folder during uninstall".
