Hi,
I am facing an issue I have to run some script which require administrator privileges, I am using Install Anywhere 2011 standard edition so is there any way to make an installer step install as administrator  remember I am asking according to IA 2011 Standard Edition not enterprise edition

Hi,
Installanywhere standard edition does not have any inbuilt mechanism (or feature) which allows a user to execute his script as admin.
Thanks,
Madhav Pai

Hi,
yes I know enterprise edition has this capability but we have standard edition license, definitively there is some solution which we can apply in standard edition to resolve the issue. kindly if you have any clue regarding standard edition it will be appreciated.
