Try to create an installer <50MB and try to make the problem reproduceable.
Then open an incident at aupport.macrovison.com, attach the installer to the ticket. describe detailed, which registry entries are left behind.
Maybe this problem will be reported to the developer.

The installer / uninstaller makes those registry entries you tell it to make! Without your project and / your installer and a clearer description of the problem (what exactly is left behind) it is hard to guess the cause of the problem.

Hello,
I opened incident for this case, this was about 10 month ago, and still no fix (AFAIK):
Here is a part of the answer that was replied:
===============================================================
The uninstaller hangs trying to remove Registry entries and throws a StringOutOfBoundsException.
Basically, it looks like the patch writes the information about the Registry entries to be deleted to the registry.xml file in the uninstaller directory again. This makes a set of duplicate entries and causes the error. Engineering is aware of the problem and will hopefully resolve it soon.
