failed with exception when run uninstaller

does anyone know this issue?

vm-s10sp264:~ # /opt/uninstaller

Graphical installers are not supported by the VM. The console mode will be used instead...

It looks like your registry is corrupt.

Usually, it can get corrupt in case of simultaneous installation and uninstallation. Sometimes, it's easier if you simply remove it.

Hey, I have the same problem... I have removed the registry, but the problem still occurs. Reproduced on 2 different machines (so the hypothesis that the registry was corrupt by simultaneous writes is unlikely).

Any other idea? Thanks.
