custom_en file does not contain caption and label values

I am using a "Get User Input - Advanced" panel with a Choice Group. Within the Choice Group, in the subcomponent there is a Textfield. The values I have entered on the Caption and Label are not being generated into my custom_en file when I build.

What am I missing?

To be specific about where I am not seeing the values for caption and label being generated into my custom_en file:


Panel: Get User Input - Advanced: %Name% -> Component Type: Choice: Checkbox -> Press Configure Selection button -> Configure Components -> Click in the Subcomponents column -> Press Configure Selection button. Any value that I put in the "Caption" and "Label" here does not get generated into the custom_en file.
