User Magic Folder with rules do not work
Hello
I have InstallAnywhere 2008 build 3431
I have several User Magic Folders. I added "Check Platform" rules to some of them, but it seems the rules are not working for User Magic Folders.
Nevertheless on windows a folder "c:\etc\init.d\script.sh" is installed, which does not really make sense.
So my question: Are rules not working with User Magic Folders, is it a bug, or am i doing something completely wrong...?
Thanks in advance!

It really seems that rules do not work on USER_MAGIC_FOLDER.
When I set a rule on a file in the USER_MAGIC_FOLDER, it is not installed, but the folder structure for the Linux-system is created nevertheless.
So thats not really better than before.
To solve this problem, I defined a rule to the "Set InstallAnywhere Variable" where I say, that this USER_MAGIC_FOLDER should only be set, when the platform is linux. So on a Windows installation this USER_MAGIC_FOLDER is never set, and therefore IA does not create any folders under Windows.
