Uninstalling 2022 Version- Could not create Java Virtual machine error

we have upgraded the install anywhere from 2015 to 2022. Uninstallation is working fine for the clean build but it not working when we simply upgrade the 2022 build on top of existing 2015 build without doing clean. we are getting the Could not create Java Virtual machine error.

What is the current size of the Java heap that you have? it can be  in InstallAnywhere.lax file,

lax.nl.java.option.java.heap.size.initial=[size]
lax.nl.java.option.java.heap.size.max=[size]
