Uninstall does not remove Windows registry keys
I'm currently having issues with my IA2010 uninstallers leaving behind registry keys in the Windows registry. The operating systems on which the installers are being used are Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2003 Server. It appears that when I first delete C:\Program Files\Zero G Registry\.com.zerog.registry.xml, I am able to install and uninstall cleanly. Does anyone have an idea of what the issue might be with this file?

Most likely the file you mentioned which is IA global registry has got corrupted, so when you delete it everything gets back in place.
