What OS? The shortcut keys/accelerator keys/mnemonics should automatically be there; see for example the images in [thread=182060]this thread[/thread] and [thread=181045]this thread[/thread]...

My OS is -> SunOS ipms-sol1 5.10 Generic_118855-33 i86pc i386 i86pc
I am seeing those buttons and works.

My requirement is that instead of clicking NEXT/CANCEL/PREVIOUS buttons, I should be be able to move by using short keys. Example
If I press alt+n I should move to Next screen.
If I press alt+p I should move to Previous screen.
If I press alt+c I should cancel the operation..

The thread you have mentioned doen't address this requirement's solution. It talks about how to enable/disable those buttons.

I don't have a Sun system at hand; I referred to those images (and not the other thread content) to try to show that IA uses the standard Java mechanism for displaying/using mnemonics. Do other Java programs on that system demonstrate the same behavior?
