Shortcuts are not getting created in silent mode some time.

The shortcuts icon are not getting created when installed in silent mode on Windows 2003 X64.One more observation during silent installation is that WINSPOOL.DRV error occurs. Attaching the screenshot for the same.

But the shortcuts are getting created when installed in GUI mode and WINSPOOL.DRV error also did not occur.

Any idea on this behavior ?

Without your .iap_xml project it is impossible to tell why this error occurs.
