Setting installation directory for test of InstallAnywhere product
My desktop computer support person recommends that I try to use the E: drive on my computer, as the C: drive sometimes behaves strangely.
Consequently, I installed a test download of InstallAnywhere on my E: drive. However, once I start the program, the E: drive is not visible in dialogs within the program.
How can I get InstallAnywhere to recognize my E: drive?

Hi,
In which dialog are you facing this issue? The drive where you install IA shouldn't cause any problems. I've tried installing in E:\ and the drive is being detected by IA.
Thanks,
Ramya

For starters, I do not see the E: drive in the New Project dialog, when I select "Create New Project", "Basic Project template" and press "Save as" to bring up a "Save new project as..." dialog.
Also, the "Other template" button presents a dialog that also shows only the C: drive.

Hi,
I tried multiple times, but I'm unable to reproduce this. If you're still facing this problem, you can always type E:\ in the textbox and it will list the contents.
Thanks,
Ramya
