Select other directory where to extract the installation

After starting the installation the progress bar appears with the text
“InstallAnywhere preparing the installation“ (may be this is not the
exact text, because I see the text in spanish).

After terminating this step a new dialog
“Select other directory where to extract the installation“ appears without
any hint, why the extraction to the default directory was not successful.

After entering a new directory, the same dialog appears again.

There is enough space on the disk.
What is wrong?

Are there any command line options in the installer to create a log file,
to get more information?

OP system: Windows 7 Ultimate
