Rollback can not delete jre folder.

I create an installer for my product with Rollback setting enabled. After build successfully, I run the installer. At the moment of installing JRE, I click cancel button and then the installer perform rollback. After installation finished, I found the jre folder under installation location is not removed. I’ve tried to create a custom action to delete jre folder at the last of execute sequence, but it does not work. I’ve found the Installanywhere itself install has this issue also. Anyone could help me out for this issue?
