Response file and silent mode on MacOS

Hi,

I try to execute an InstallAnywhere project in silent mode with a response file on MacOS but it does not work. It always launch the graphical mode.

I execute this commande:
installer.app/Contents/MacOS/installer -f /tmp/batch.txt -i silent
or
installer.app/Contents/MacOS/installer -f /tmp/batch.txt with INSTALLER_UI=silent variable in the batch

In these two cases, the graphical mode is always executed.

Do you have any ideas ?

Thanks.

Quoting from the manual:

Silent mode, which enables an installer to run without any user interaction, is fully supported on all UNIX platforms. A near-silent mode is possible on Windows and Mac OS X.

Yes, I seen this line in the documentation, but what does it mean "near-silent" ?

It mean that is not supported or there is supported but with some condition ?

Is my command is correct or there is another way to do it ?

Thanks.

I don't honestly know... From the line, I personally understand that the pure silent mode as it's on the rest of the Unices is not supported... But you may want to ask for confirmation and clarification directly to Flexera Software support!...

Thanks a lot for your answer.
I will open a call to Flexera Software to have an issue or a comment.
