Product Version doesn't get displayed

I m trying to display the product Version of my apllication.I have entered the Product Veriosn in Project->Description and am trying to invoke it in a Pre-Install Panel with the Variable $PRODUCT_VERSION_NUMBER$, but it iis giving me blank value.Can somebody plz help me 😞 .I m using InstallAnywhere 2008 EE.

well i came to know that it's a bug of IA 2008 EE which have been resolved in IA 2008 VP1.Downloaded the version,tested it and it worked fine.
