Pop up message goes out of focus/disappears causing installation/uninstallation hang

Hi All,

Some times the installer built using InstallAnywhere 2008, a Pop up message expecting input goes out of focus/disappears causing installation/uninstallation to be hanged.
The installer or uninstaller remains blinking in the task bar. On clicking it, the pop up message does not reappear.
Is this behaviour a known issu? Please share your thoughts on this.
