Network error IOException: Protocol wrong type for socket: create
Hi all -
I'm struggling to get our QA department set up with automated silent installs on WIN64. When we build the installer and then run it silently, we get this:
Install Action: SQL Script 'XXXXXXXX.sql' (MS SQL Server)
Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - ZeroGaf8 - An error occurred while trying to establish a connection with the database server: Network error IOException: Protocol wrong type for socket: create
What's really weird is this works just fine in a 32 bit environment.
Any suggestions?

You already noted that it's the same issue as this one: http://community.flexerasoftware.com/showthread.php?t=191875&page=2&highlight=Network+error+IOException:+Protocol+wrong+type+socket:+create but unfortunately there was never any solution or workaround...

There's no workaround because I haven't found one yet.
And while my problem is similar to that other link, I'm not having an issue with custom code, I'm having an issue with running sql files as part of the installation in silent mode.
Anyone?
