Need to remove Installer Step & use 100% width custom panel or HTML panel

Hi
I want to to remove InstallerStep & use 100% width custom panel or HTML panel. Is there any UI settings to use full width of frame in IA ?
. i want to display html panel in full width of the install anywhere . even install steps is set to no , space is still displayed . I want to use full width of the frame
