Linux Installer is picking the loopback ipaddress
Hi All,
i am using installanywhere variable $IP$ to pick the machine ip address. when i am tryning install linux installer in vmmachine the installer is picking the loop-back ip address as 127.0.0.1 instead of actual ip address.
Note:
same installer in windows vmmachine can able to pick correct ip address with $IP$ install anywhere variable.
Could anybody help how to solve this problem
Regards,
Sreekanth

Is IP address assigned to the linux machine? What does the command 'ifconfig' give you?
