Installer hangs on some MAC computers
We've been using InstallAnywhere 2009 Enterprise Edition for creating Windows and MAC installers for few years.
It was working well. Now for some reason we discovered problem on some MAC computers.
On few of them when installer starts it shows only grey screen and OK button which does not react.
Screenshot is attached -
We tried reinstalling of InstallAnywhere, but it did not help.
We went further. We created most simple test project but problem still there.
Then we created most simple test installer(which installs only one test .txt file) with InstallAnywhere 2012 SP1, but got same problems.
On Windows platform everything works fine.
Please help!

I am having the same problem on some computers.
In one particular case I have been able to install on 10.8.x for several months with no problem. Then all of a sudden I cannot install on 10.8.x.
At one point I was able to use Terminal to run the installer by going inside the top level.app and running the embedded app but that no longer works.
I have had users randomly report that they cannot install on 10.6, 10.7 and 10.8.
