Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported on RHE 7.4

Got the error when installing ALM 12.55 on RHE 7.4.

Already tried the solution provided from
https://community.flexerasoftware.com/showthread.php?222889-Product-Failed-to-install-with-error-quot-Installer-User-Interface-Mode-Not-Supported-quot&styleid=6
But it doesn't work.
