Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported error message

Hello

I tried to run an application On Windows 8.1. I have this message "Installer User Interface Mode Not Supported. The installer cannot run in this UI mode. etc....".
The application uses InstallAnywhere 12.5 Enterprise Build 4181.

i Tried to change the windows "with the compatibility mode" in windows 7 and then windows 8. I still have the same issue

Note that this software has been installed successfully on windows Server 2008 and windows 10.

Do you know if some others workarround can be used in this case in order to fix this installation issue ?
