I have an application to install from a vendor. This is a .exe file that then runs Installanywhere. This works fine on many of our company Windows 2019 servers. Working for a different company the install fails. Installanywhere should install java files to C:\<software name>\jre_installer. Whilst the C:\<software name>\jre_installer\bin folder is created the C:\<software name>\jre_installer\libs folder and it's files are missing.
The copying of the java files is the first thing the install does.
If I go to C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp If I look in the temp files created by Installanywhere I can see the jre_installer\libs folder, But for some reason Installanywhere is not installing these.
The .exe file has been run a normal user and administrator.
