InstallAnywhere 2008 & InstallShield X side-by-side?

Are there any issues having these two programs installed on one same system at the same time?

I have InstallAnywhere 2008 and InstallShield MultiPlatform 11.5 on the same system and there's no overlap or conflict that I'm aware of.
