Initial language selection does not appear to default correctly to Chinese.
I am working on an InstallAnywhere 2011 SP3 project with three localizations: English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.
Everything related to locales appears to work except for the default language selection on my Simplified Chinese Windows machine. Chinese appears in the drop down list and the accept button is in Chinese, but the selection defaults to English.
I have seen references to a similar issue in InstallShield where the language matching is stricter for Chinese, but I can't find an analogous location to relax the setting. I also wonder if this is the same issue considering that the default panel's controls are in Chinese and I have verified that I am indeed using a Simplified Chinese Windows install whose Unicode setting appears to be Simplified Chinese / PRC.
