Increase size of exe created from installer while migrating to installAnywhere 2020 from 2015.
Hi Team,
We are migrating to install anywhere 2020 from 2015. And during this migration, size of exe generated from installer 2020 has increase by 150 mb (around) against exe generated from 2015 installer. Just wanted to know why the size of exe generated for windows have changed . Does the installer from new Install anywhere 2020 are always larger in size(more then 150 MB from previous one) ? Is there anything that can be done to reduce the size ?
Thanks.

If you are building a 'No VM' installer, the size difference should be minimal. But if you are building a 'With VM' installer which uses OpenJDK 11 VM pack, yes, the size will be larger owing to the size of the VM pack.
