IA2011 Merge Modules Uninstaller error

We have a parent main project calling multiple merge modules inside. While running main uninstaller , it hangs up. However if we run manually merge modules uninstaller.exe , it throws following error.

(Running uninstall.exe in windows server 2008 R2)
Anyone also faced the same error before? Any resolution for the same??

Add the files iawin32.dll, iawin64.dll and iawin64_x64.dll from
\resource\nativetools\windows\ into the $USER_INSTALL_DIR$/Uninstall/resource folder of your installer with a rule for windows platform only.
