We are using InstallAnywhere 2023 R2 for creating our application installer on windows and Linux .
On windows platform, our application is working fine.
But on RHEL 8.4 OS, we get the error "Our Product is not supported for the operating system" while installing our application . And the installation fails.
There are no logs, not even the parent directory is created at the installer location.
As per the IA 2023 R2 release notes RHEL 8+ versions are supported.
Could you please provide your inputs, how should we proceed further?
