IA 2018sp1 network install did not create install log

InstallAnywhere 2018 SP1 (without the hotfix) on Windows  10

If install.exe is on a mapped network drive, the installation completed successfully but there is no install log created. The app runs fine though.

I copied install.exe to local C: drive and install from there, an install log is created.

What am I missing? I used the default log folders.

For now, I'm adding a note to my release note to state this issue 😞

Hi,

This Issue has been fixed in InstallAnywhere 2020.
Recommend upgradation to latest IA version.
