I can't update installanywhere from SP3 to SP4

I can't update installanaywhere from SP3 to SP4,my installation is on WIN7,

does anyone know how to achieve that? thank.

I have not tried SP4.
But when i upgraded from SP2 to SP3, i had to uninstall SP2 and then install SP3.
I think it must be similar for SP4 as well.
