How to get user account how has installed the software on the machine
I have a problem.
some one has installed a software as per user account bases (not per machine bases). So how i can get to know, which user account has installed the software on the machine.
Thanks in advance................

You should be aware that IA license is per user, so it should be run only by the licensed user. If you've got administrative access, look into the users' profiles, you should find one which has an InstallAnywhere folder in the user account, that should be the one using IA.

its was a installer bug. by default s/w should be install as per machine bases.
so now no one know, who had installed the software on the machine because that guy only can uninstall or upgrade the software. so how other user can get to know who had installed it for running the upgrade.

Again, this is not a bug, but a feature. InstallAnywhere is licensed to a per user basis. If you don't trust me, then you should ask IA support. I've already told you how to determine who installed it.
