How to create an installer for IBM i5 OS
What is the correct way to create an installer for OS/ 400
(IBM i5 OS). At the build tab I selected "AIX", "UNIX (All)" and "UNIX with VM". All of them fail on OS/ 400. Below is what I am getting on console after invoking the installer:
Preparing to install...
Extracting the installation resources from the installer archive...
Configuring the installer for this system's environment...
Launching installer...
Trace/BPT trap(coredump)
#
Then I tried to create Other Java enabled platforms. It creates a executable jar file which works. Is this the only way installers for OS/ 400 can be created?

Normally, the support is there since IA 2008 VP1... but only for the Enterprise Edition!
