How can I pack dotnetframework 3.5 into my app?

I'm using Visual Studio 2008 to build my app
And my app couldn't run at all the PC without dotnetframework 3.5
So, how can I pack dotnetframework 3.5 in my app, so that my app can run at either pc installing dotnetframework 3.5 or not?
