Getting some items could not be deleted message eventhough all folder are deleted.

Hi

After uninstallation, i am getting some items could not be deleted message eventhough all folders are deleted.

And one more observation is sometimes, the parent folder does not get deleted eventhough recursive delete option is chosen.

Any idea why this happens
