Error while trying to use display custom HTML

I'm trying to add just a simple test "Display HTML" Panel to my installer. It seems to display ok in the installer, but when I click 'Next' after the page I get the following error:

javascript error
The undefined value has no properties.
occurred at line:null

What does that mean? Am I missing something? The HTML I'm using is below.

Please save code with file name YourActualFileName.html.
