Error: Installer UI mode not supported

I was previously using IA7.1.3 EE. Now, I have upgraded to IA2008VP1.
When I try to open my project file with new IA, it says "AWT is no longer supported" and ask for project conversion.
How does that affect my project file?
Also, after saying yes for the conversion and running the installer created on windows 64bit machine, it throws error saying "Installer UI mode not supported"
What does this mean?

I have bundled 32bit JRE in my windows 64bit installer, and I see that now with IA2008VP1, the $SYSTEM$ path expands to C:\Windows\SysWOW64
Whereas when the installer was built using IA7.1.3, the $SYSTEM$ variables expanded to C;\Windows\system32
Why this difference?
When I bundle 64bit JRE in Windows 64bit installer, it does expands $SYSTEM$ to C:\Windows\system32.
Does it mean that now, the IA understands whether it is 32bit or 64bit installer using the JRE we bundle? and earlier it was something else?

Please do reply.
