Error -1925 During Installs

We've got an InstallScript install using IS 2008 and lately one of the Windows 7 machines we've been installing on is getting an Feature Transfer Error (Error: -1925). The other part of the problem is that the program is left partially installed but cannot be uninstalled via Control Panel.

The two questions I have are:
1. What is causing the error and can the issue be resolved?
2. Can I catch the error and force the install to roll back changes to the computer?
