During uninstallation,product name is overriding by merge module

The product name and merge module names are different in my installers. During uninstallation, the introduction screen is showing the merge module name rather than main product name. In the installvariables files under Uninstall folder, the product name is correct.
The only change I did is migrated to IA2011 from IA 2008 and built the installers.
Someone please help me.

I'm seeing this same behavior in an upgrade from IA 2009. Anyone find a reason/solution for this?
