Copy / Paste of content does not work randomly in Windows(2018 SP1) console mode installer

Copy / Paste of content does not work randomly in Windows(2018 SP1) console mode installer :

  1. Run the installer using console mode on Windows.

  2.  Minimize the installer prompt and copy some text to be used in the installer screen.

  3. Open the installer prompt again and try to paste the text in the installer screen. Here it does not get pasted

have you verified whether console has proper to copy paste with regular copy paste operation.
