Change border colour of Progress Bar shown when Copying Files

Is it possible to change the existing grey border colour of the progress bar which is shown when it copies files. I can change the background colour of the progress bar, but I do not see anywhere where I can do the same for the border.

It can't be changed.

It would have been nice if it could be changed as it does not look right at the moment. Maybe that can be added soon? Thanks.
