Build.exe throwing error

When I am trying to build my project using the Build.exe or Ant Script I am getting the below error.

"This is an incomplete installation of Install Anywhere 2012 Evaluation."

But I am able to build the project through the advanced designer.

Any clue on why am I getting this error?
