Both Linux and Windows files are copied in a Linux console-mode install

Using the console mode, our program can be installed in the Linux without GUI. However, occasionally both Linux and Windows files are copied in a Linux console-mode install. This happens very rarely and the problem disappears if we reinstall our program, so we still do not have clues to reproduce this phenomenon.
By the way, in the GUI mode sometimes the install sets are displayed incorrectly: install sets for Linux can be displayed on Windows, and install sets for Windows can be displayed on Linux. This happens more often than the above problem, but it still occurs in a random way. Fortunately, since the user can select the correct install set, there is no practical problem.
