All 31 locales not getting loaded in the splash screen

Hi

I am using InstallAnywhere 2010 SP1.
I am trying to build an installer to support all the 31 languages.
I checked all 31 languages under the locales tab under the build configuration and generated the exe.

When i run this exe ,it shows only a subset of the 31 languages.
For eg..i selected end,portugese ,japanese and korean in the locale tab.
So then in the drop down screen it shows only eng and portugese.
I check the locales folder it contains all the 31 locales .

Any help is highly appreciated.

Please make sure that an Additional Arguments are provided under Project -> Config (ref: Help Document "Config" section)
