I have application appv1.0 then i upgraded to appv2.0. everything went fine. files were delivered and binary version were updated as well. Now appv3.0 comes in, when tried to upgrade it, the shortcut of appv2.0 was not remove from Add/Remove Programs. Now i have 2 shortcut there, appv2.0 and appv3.0. Both were pointing to the same local installtion directory. what could possible gone wrong there? Nothing was changes since appv1.0 execept for the deliverables and the installer version? I already selected completely uninstall before installing, under the upgrade properties. i'm working on Basic MSI, could someone please shed some light.
