Has Flexera performed any testing of the products (FNO and FNP) on versions of Windows that have been patched to prevent the Meltdown and Spectre exploits, and are there any changes to product behavior as a result of patching?
Do the Windows updates, or any proposed firmware updates, affect FNP trusted storage in any way that would result in a license break?
Are there any actions we need to take with regard to Flexnet Publishing or Operations to respond to the Meltdown and Spectre Exploits?
As both viruses aim to exploit hardware (mainly Intel chips) this does not directly affect Flexera products. And all we do recommend is to ensure OS patches are up to date.
