Lmremove throws the below error:
lmremove: Activation borrow reclaim operation is not allowed. (-204,14200). Failure reason: The activation borrow reclaim percentage is 0.
This error can be expected when the parameter ls_ts_borrow_reclaim_percentage is set to 0 in lsvendor.c when trying to reclaim a borrowed license through lmremove utility .
If the publisher has allowed the reclaim of a certain number of borrowed licenses, the license administrator canrun the lmremove utility. This will remove the deduction records from the server-side trusted storage for the specified client. This borrow reclaim count is specified using the ls_ts_borrow_reclaim_percentage vendor variable which can be any value between 0 to 100 .
