serveractutil.exe ERROR: flxActSvrActivationSend
Hello Flexera Community
Wie are using the serveractutil for licensing our features.
The command we are using is
serveractutil -served -comm soap -commServer http://domain.com -entitlementID ABC123EFG456HIJ -expiration 31-dec-9999 -vendordata HOSTID 0123456789
It usually works fine and without problems. We have now one server (fresh install) which ends with a ERROR: flxActSvrActivationSend - (0,0,0)
We usually receive numbers to identify the problem, but 0,0,0 seems to bee odd.
We checked domain name, ip, and ports already.
Binary details
serveractutil.exe
serveractutil_libFNP.dll 11.15.1.0 build 225974
Does anyone know what 0,0,0 means?
Thank you all in advance!
Luiza

Hi Luiza,
I believe you have wrong version of FnpCommsSoap.dll in the path. Can you recheck that?
If it doesn't help, which version of FNP kit are you using and also what's the use case? (Three Server scenario or normal trusted storage implementation)?
Regards,
Abhay
