lost lock, exiting (errno: 45)

Our customer met a trouble with vendor daemon-- vendor daemon exit with errno: 45. According to the log, it looks like something wrong with OS signal, can anybody figure out any causes about this problem?

9:08:16 (lmgrd) Please kill, and run lmreread
9:08:16 (lmgrd)
9:08:16 (lmgrd) This error probably results from either:
9:08:16 (lmgrd) 1. Another copy of the license server manager (lmgrd) is running.
9:08:16 (lmgrd) 2. A prior license server manager (lmgrd) was killed with "kill -9"
9:08:16 (lmgrd) (which would leave the vendor daemon running).
9:08:16 (lmgrd) To correct this, do a "ps -ax | grep zuken"
9:08:16 (lmgrd) (or equivalent "ps" command)
9:08:16 (lmgrd) and kill the "zuken" process.

Well, are there two copies of the same daemon executable (zuken.exe)running on the same machine?

Offhand I don't recall if it's relevant to your FLEXnet version, but it might also be worth verifying that there is no system script deleting empty (zero-length) files from /tmp or /usr/tmp...

As I know, until v9.5, flexlm use lock file to guarantee unique daemon. Is it same in v10.x?

Yes, I believe that's still the case.
