how to get haspsrm_win64.dll

Using Flexnet Publisher 32 bit version, we only have haspsrm_win32.dll. Where and how can we get the haspsrm_win64.dll for 64-bit O/S ?

In order to get 64 bit dll you have to download the 64 bit windows toolkit. (X64_n6)
